MOULDINGS AND MACHINE MILL
Due to our ongoing policy of investment and upgrading, the onsite machine mill at Page & Taylor enables us to offer stocked and bespoke machining to an exceptionally high standard. From band sawing to machine profiles, we are in a unique position, via our GA Moulders, to oversee every aspect of production.
Incidentally, we machine all our PAR timbers and moulded sections-along with those of our associated company, S + S Timber (Blackpool). *For information on sections we stock or that can be machined.

PRESERVATION TREATMENTS
The two Rentokil timber treatment tanks at Page & Taylor are operated by our fully trained operatives who can pressure treat any of our timber stock to specific requirements.
Rentokil CelcureA (tank dimensions 11.5m x 1.5m):
This application is based on Oxides of Copper, Chromium and Arsenic (CCA) and is ideal for timbers that are in ground contact, offering as it does, long term protection against fungal decay, wood boring insects, termites and marine borers.
Rentokil Celpruf (tank dimensions 6m x 0.6m):
Organic solvent based and ready to use timber preservations for application by double vacuum impregnation. Ideal for joinery manufactured goods: windows, casings etc; this process offers long term protection against fungal decay, wood boring insects and termites.
WOOD TURNINGS
At Page & Taylor, we are able to offer the services of a wood turner whose expertise enables him to produce a variety of shapes and turnings to customers’ specifications and ranging from rosettes to intricate turnings for salt and pepper shakers. Bespoke spindles can be produced to order in hard or soft wood and we carry an attractive stock of (Page and) Taylor made garden accessories!
